Snapbacks and strapbacks always seem to land one notch too tight or one notch too loose. The Flexfit 5001 V-Flex skips the strap altogether. The back is closed, and there's spandex in both the fabric and the sweatband, so the hat stretches to fit your head instead of making you guess. It stays put without squeezing.

It sits mid-profile with a 3-inch crown. That's not as tall as a trucker hat and not as slouchy as a dad hat, somewhere comfortably in the middle. The front panels are backed with hard buckram, so they stay stiff and give you a clean, flat surface for embroidery. Taped seams and eight rows of stitching on the bill help it keep its shape.

There are two sizes, S/M and L/XL, which covers most heads without anyone having to know their exact hat size. The colors stick to the classics, like black, navy, grey, khaki, red, royal and white, so it's easy to match your team or company colors. If you need a bigger size, the Flexfit 6277 is a similar fitted cap that goes up to XL/2XL.
