What are the qualifications to be accepted as a wholesale customer? Orders
must be placed by a merchant or a representative of a merchant engaged in the
business of selling apparel. Orders billed to Nevada addresses must be
submitted along with a valid State of Nevada Resale number and a faxed or mailed
resale certificate must be returned in a timely manner to avoid sales tax being
separately charged. How can I rush my order? Our
website does not calculate rush shipping charges. To rush an order, place
your order online and include a note in the notes field on final checkout with
when you need your order and we will contact you with applicable shipping
options and quotes. How soon can I have an order? In
stock orders placed before 11:00PM PST will be shipped the same day via UPS
ground unless otherwise specified. Larger orders may be shipped by truck. Most orders are
delivered 3 to 6 business days after being placed. How can I check the status of my
order? Email us at sales@t-shirtwholesaler.com with an order
status request. Be sure to provide us with your order number. What is base price? Base price is
the lowest possible price per item. For more details on how base price is

our shirts are first quality. We do not carry irregulars or seconds. We get
this question frequently because our prices are so low. Do you carry irregulars or
seconds? We do not carry irregulars or seconds. If you should
find a blemished item in your order, we will replace it for free if you notify
us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Do you accept purchase
orders? Purchase orders are accepted from schools and government
only. Orders must be shipped directly to the school or government office.
Formal purchase orders must be faxed to (775) 885-1383 before shipment.
Purchase orders must be paid within 30 days of invoice date.

place a new order for items that you would like the returned items to be
